Hi,

I have the FoxyProxy VPN utility installed on three computers, 2 laptops and a desktop. It works fine on my desktop and one laptop, but not the second lap top. I get the error message:

DotRas.RasDialException: The remote connection was not made because the attempted VPN tunnels failed. The VPN server might be unreachable. If this connection is attempting to use an L2TP/IPsec tunnel, the security parameters required for IPsec negotiation might not be configured properly.
Disconnected

What could be wrong with my second laptop? It is a Lenovo running Windows 8 pro. I don't often use FoxyProxy on this computer. Last February it worked fine, but doesn't work now.

It could be antivirus software that's blocking the connection on the second laptop.
You could try adding the VPN connection manually to Windows settings:

This article here:https://help.getfoxyproxy.org/index.php/knowledge-base/manual-setup-for-windows-8/ has instructions on how to set up a VPN connection manually. Please try that route.
